REFUND POLICY FOR NOVAPICKS

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY:Â To be eligible, your item must be unused and in original condition.
HOW TO RETURN:Â Email support@trynovapicks.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of product (if damaged)
We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
REFUNDS:Â Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS:Â If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@trynovapicks.com. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE:Â Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
